Last week, I showed you our family room mantel, and today, I am so excited to share our formal living room and main Christmas tree theme with you! I have partnered together with several other bloggers to partake in a fun Christmas Tree Blog Hop. You will see, like I did with our mantel, I decided to embrace my love for blue and white, and make a blue, white, and gold Christmas tree theme in lieu of our multi-colored traditional Christmas tree.
We have 52 talented bloggers joining up to share their decorated Christmas Trees! So grab a cup of your favorite beverage, settle in and get comfortable because you are going to love the beautiful Christmas Tree Decor shared today!

I love how my blue-and-white (and gold) Christmas tree theme turned out! The result is very calming and it naturally flows with the rest of the house plus it was really budget-friendly! All the ornaments are shatter-proof and were very inexpensive. I used ribbon I already had from years’ past, and even threw down a blue-and-white cotton bed blanket that I had lying around as a tree skirt. All told, the Christmas tree theme update cost $45 with all the ornaments on sale.

By tying a gold bow to our mercury table lamp, I brought in a touch of gold over here as well.
Of course our Great Dane Ella had to appear in some of the photos as she was upset I had moved her bed out of the sunshine 😉

Now let’s check out the rest of the beautiful Christmas Tree theme!
